Born and raised in Italy, Marco Giovanelli trained as an engineer before building his career at the intersection of craftsmanship and commerce. After relocating to New York, he gained direct experience managing a luxury showroom on Fifth Avenue — learning firsthand how positioning, presentation, and service define success in the American high-end market.
Over 15 years, he has guided more than 40 international luxury brands through every stage of U.S. market development — from strategic planning and trade show representation to retail activations, logistics, and large-scale pop-up environments on Madison Avenue. His work spans jewelry, fine accessories, leather goods, cosmetics, and travel-related businesses.
He is also Vice President and Operations Manager of Piazza Italia, a New York-based platform supporting the growth of Italian excellence in the North American market.
